What time is the check in?

You can check in from 3pm.

What time is check out?

Check out is before 11am.

Is there a tv in the room?

As standard there is no tv in the room but you can always ask one at reception. This will then be brought to your room free of charge. There will be more than 40 channels of which you will be able to get Belgium channels and BVN (a public channel for Dutch and Flemish people who are abroad).

Can I pay in Euros?

You will be able to pay with any major credit card in the hotel. For any cash payments this needs to happen however in Swiss Francs (CHF). There is a cash point in the village where you can withdraw cash at any time of the day.

A packed lunch?

Berghaus Toni gives you the opportunity to order a packed lunch for your day trip out. There is plenty of choice for everybody. Please make your order 1 day in advance and before 6pm.
Price 9 CHF per person.

Internet?

Berghaus Toni has free Wifi everywhere in the hotel that you can enjoy at any time of the day.

Information & brochures?

In reception at Berghaus Toni, you will find a selection of brochures and maps of the local area that you can refer to at any time.

Weather forecast?

Every morning at breakfast you will be able to get the weather forecast for the coming days. If you wish to have a look already before your arrival , please visit the following website: http://www.meteosuisse.admin.ch/ Here you can type in Riederalp as the town and it will give you the forecast for the next 5 days.
