Protection concept for our guests
The Health and Safety of our Guests and Employees is our number one priority and we would like to assure our guests that we are managing the Hotel following strict Swiss Confederation Government Guidelines.
We strive to make sure that you can enjoy your stay to the full and wish you a pleasant stay.

COVID-19 UPDATE as of 20th December 2021

Restaurants, Hotel Restaurants & Bars
Access to the indoor areas of restaurants, bars and clubs where consumption takes place on site must be restricted to people aged 16 and over, who have been vaccinated or have recovered (2G). The operators must also ensure that the premises are effectively ventilated.

Proof of 2G compliance by Guests will be required via the Swiss Covid Certificate App or International Covid Certificate App. We ask all Guests to respect this request from Restaurant Staff & Management, thank you.

In restaurants, bars and clubs that limit access to 2G, guests are only allowed to take off the mask at the table and only consume it while sitting.

Reception Open: 8.00 - 21.00

Check-In from 16.00.

Check-Out before 10.00am.

Restaurant Opening Hours are as follows:

Breakfast: 8.00 - 10.00

Food served: 17.30 - 21.30

Bar & Terrace: 10.00 - 23.00

General Health & Safety Procedures
Hand hygiene
All guests and employees in the company regularly clean and disinfect their hands.

Face masks
Everyone must wear a face mask, including our staff, in all public areas inside except when you are sitting at the table. A face mask must be worn when people leave their table or go to the toilet.

Distance – please keep your distance
Employees and other people keep a distance of 1.50m from one another. The distances between the individual tables should help ensure that you can enjoy a carefree time with us. We keep the contact at your table as short as necessary, we will bring the drinks to the table & pour them. Then we ask you to do this yourself. Thank you very much!

Guest groups
It is ensured that the different guest groups do not mix.

Cleaning
Surfaces and utensils are cleaned and disinfected regularly.

Workplace illnesses
In the event of symptoms of illness, employees are sent home and instructed to follow the isolation according to the BAG.

We are currently unable to accept guests from certain countries.
