Protection concept for our guests
The Health and Safety of our Guests and Employees is our number one priority and we would like to assure our guests that we are managing the Hotel following strict Swiss Confederation Government Guidelines.
We strive to make sure that you can enjoy your stay to the full and wish you a pleasant stay.

Currently the Hotel is open for Hotel Guests only.
Restaurant Opening Hours are as follows:
Breakfast: 08.00 - 10.00
Lunch: 12.00 - 14.30
Dinner: 18.00 - 21.00
Hotel guests are able to book lunch in the Hotel on the day of arrival and during their stay.
On the day of departure Hotel guests are able to have lunch in the Restaurant and use Hotel facilities until 16.00.
Check-In is from 16.00
Check-Out after 10.00am
General Health & Safety Procedures
All guests and employees in the company regularly clean and disinfect their hands.
Everyone must wear a face mask, including our staff in all public areas and also on the terrace, except when you are sitting at the table. A face mask must be worn when people leave their table or go to the toilet.
Contact Details / Traceability
Your details are recorded by using the Social Pass app. Please download the app to your smartphone.
Enter your name, first name, e-mail address and telephone number. You will then be prompted to verify your details.
Have the employee scan the QR code at the entrance or at the latest at the table.
Number of people at the table
No more than 4 people may be served at one table, with the exception of families with children.
Distance – please keep your distance
Employees and other people keep a distance of 1.50m from one another. The distances between the individual tables should help ensure that you can enjoy a carefree time with us. We keep the contact at your table as short as necessary, we will bring the drinks to the table & pour them. Then we ask you to do this yourself. Thank you very much!
It is ensured that the different guest groups do not mix.
Surfaces and utensils are cleaned and disinfected regularly.
We ensure a regular and sufficient exchange of air in all public areas, every hour for 5-10 minutes. This is done by opening the main doors.
In the event of symptoms of illness, employees are sent home and instructed to follow the isolation according to the BAG.
We are currently unable to accept guests from certain countries.
